[Remote] Microsoft Growth & Solutions Lead

The Microsoft Growth & Solutions Lead will shape and execute Microsoft-aligned go-to-market strategies across Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, and Data, while leading strategic pursuits, developing offerings, and managing Microsoft partnership initiatives. Responsibilities Define and operationalize Centric’s Microsoft solution go-to-market strategy in alignment with company priorities, market opportunities, and Microsoft partnership goals Identify and qualify new business opportunities and lead or support strategic sales pursuits from early solution shaping through proposal, pricing, and closure Translate complex Microsoft capabilities into compelling business solutions through demonstrations, solution storytelling, client presentations, and pursuit coaching Develop project estimates, proposals, statements of work, and scalable sales assets, including capability presentations, client stories, industry plays, and Microsoft Marketplace offers Coordinate cross-functional resources to support demonstrations, estimates, solution validation, and RFI/RFP responses Partner with operating group leadership, sales teams, business development, account management, and capability leaders to align market feedback, sales priorities, resource needs, and delivery readiness Collaborate with Microsoft teams to develop client strategies, support co-sell opportunities, leverage available programs and funding, and execute joint go-to-market initiatives Help define Microsoft fiscal-year priorities and recommend Marketplace offers and co-investment opportunities for leadership consideration Track Microsoft-related pipeline and co-sell activity while maintaining accurate, current opportunity information Lead the implementation of Microsoft programs aligned with Centric’s solution strategy, including account targeting, revenue planning, and business development enablement Develop clear external messaging that communicates the business value of Centric’s Microsoft-aligned solutions Partner with Marketing to create campaigns, thought leadership, sales collateral, blogs, white papers, client success stories, and other market-facing content Represent Centric through Microsoft and industry events, speaking opportunities, and user groups Gather insights from client conversations, sales pursuits, and internal partners to improve solution packaging, estimating approaches, pricing models, and pursuit frameworks Train and enable internal sales and capability teams on prioritized offerings, Microsoft partnership programs, and effective Microsoft solution selling Mentor and guide Centric team members as needed Skills You bring deep technical expertise in one or more Microsoft solution areas and can connect Microsoft technology to measurable client business outcomes You are an experienced, consultative sales and solution leader who can qualify opportunities, shape solutions, lead complex pursuits, and help close high-value work You communicate complex ideas clearly and can influence client executives, Microsoft partners, sales teams, and technical stakeholders You are skilled at developing go-to-market strategies, solution offerings, proposals, pricing approaches, presentations, and persuasive client-facing content You build trusted relationships across organizational boundaries and know how to coordinate diverse teams around a shared opportunity You understand Microsoft's partner ecosystem and can effectively navigate co-sell motions, Marketplace offers, funding opportunities, incentives, and joint go-to-market programs You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable moving between offering development, client conversations, pursuit leadership, and sales enablement You use field intelligence and performance data to continuously strengthen offerings, messaging, pricing, and pursuit effectiveness You are responsive, collaborative, organized, and committed to maintaining clear priorities and next steps throughout the sales process You are a visible thought leader who is comfortable developing content, participating in industry events, and representing Centric in the Microsoft community Benefits Health coverage Wellness programs 401K company match Self-managed PTO Other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments Remote and Hybrid Work Time Off When You Need It Benefits That Flex Professional Development Company Overview Creating unmatched experiences for employees, clients and communities.
