Responsibilities:

  • Discovery
  • Drafting pleadings and motions
  • Depositions
  • Court appearances
  • Mediations
  • Trial prep
  • 1750 yearly billable requirement

Requirements:

  1. Must reside in California (100% remote, but limited to in-state attorneys)
  2. Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  3. 6+ months of California probate litigation experience as a California-licensed attorney
