Key Responsibilities Develop & Optimize Games Design, implement, and refine engaging game mechanics, ensuring smooth performance across multiple platforms. Develop interactive gameplay elements that enhance player experience and satisfaction. Integrate animation, physics, and UI elements to create a seamless, immersive experience. Cross-Platform Development Work with leading game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or other advanced tools to develop PC, mobile, and console games. Ensure seamless transitions across different platforms by optimizing game performance and UI. Develop efficient workflows to ensure platform-specific optimizations. Collaborate & Innovate Collaborate effectively with game designers, visual artists, and additional developers to translate creative visions into functional gameplay. Engage proactively in generating fresh and inventive concepts to elevate player engagement. Participate in agile development processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and code reviews. ⚙️ Debug & Improve Performance Analyze and troubleshoot performance slowdowns, memory constraints, and crashes to maintain a high-quality user experience. Implement efficient debugging techniques to track down and fix bugs quickly. Optimize rendering pipelines and asset management to maximize performance. Stay Ahead of Trends Keep up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, tools, and industry standards to ensure the development of cutting-edge games. Experiment with new game mechanics and emerging technologies, such as AI-driven gameplay and procedural generation. Required Skills & Experience Proven Experience 3+ years of experience in game development, with a proven track record of completed projects. Experience working on full-cycle game development from concept to release. Proficiency in Game Engines Expertise in Unity, Unreal Engine, or an equivalent game development platform. Ability to create interactive and engaging gameplay with scripting and coding tools. Strong Programming Skills Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, or other game development languages. Knowledge of programming frameworks, computational logic, and system design principles. Gameplay Mechanics & AI Experience developing responsive AI behaviors, physics simulations, and interactive mechanics. Ability to create engaging enemy AI, adaptive difficulty, and intelligent NPCs. ✨ Multiplayer & Networking Knowledge of multiplayer architecture, including peer-to-peer networking, dedicated servers, and matchmaking systems.
