We are seeking a highly organised and professional Remote Front Desk Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client experience and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries via email and phone with the utmost professionalism.

Manage and coordinate digital calendars, scheduling appointments, client consultations, and internal team meetings.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to our web design, SEO, and digital marketing teams.

Maintain and organise company documentation, client records, and other digital files in a systematic manner.

Direct enquiries and communications to the appropriate team members to ensure prompt resolution.

Assist in the client onboarding process by gathering necessary information and preparing introductory materials.

Perform general administrative duties as required to support the operational efficiency of the business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a front desk, virtual assistant, or administrative support role.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

A self-starter with the discipline to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
