•Ability to follow up with leads on a daily basis using a variety of contact methods

Responsibilities
•A Membership Consultant at F45 is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for our studio; including membership sales, maximizing workout traffic and maintaining premium customer service levels
•Timely outreach to new leads
•Sharing in depth knowledge of F45 training sessions and overcoming objections
•Converting leads into memberships
•Ensuring the sales performance of the studio is meeting goals
•CRM System Administration
•Managing new lead entries once received from our social media outlets, community events and marketing campaigns
•Reporting on sales progress
•Conducting goal-oriented consultations with all members
•Generating new leads through current members, community outreach, and all social media platforms
•Being present at location for events, festivals and local community gatherings
•Working collaboratively with the Head Trainer/Studio Manager to manage the studio ensuring smooth and cohesive operations
