Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line technical and customer support to physicians, radiologists, and allied health staff during evening and weekend shifts.
  • Log, triage, and resolve support tickets using our ticketing system, ensuring timely communication and follow‑up.
  • Assist radiologists with real‑time exam flow, answering queries, and minimizing interruptions during image interpretation.
  • Make outbound calls to radiologists and other medical staff as directed to resolve issues or provide updates.
  • Monitor incoming imaging studies for errors or quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with the imaging team.
  • Facilitate user account creation, password resets, and access permissions for reputed company and on‑site staff.
  • Perform basic IT troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
