Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry & Claims Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Enter and update claims information accurately into arenaflex’s claims management system.
  • Verify data integrity by cross‑checking claim reputed company against source documents.
  • Identify and follow up on missing or incomplete information to expedite claim processing.
  • Review and reconcile invoices, ensuring that all billing entries are correct and compliant with internal policies.
  • Compile and generate regular reports on claim status, trends, and key metrics for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and claims data.
  • Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve discrepancies and improve data workflows.

Essential Qualifications
