            Key Responsibilities

            As a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that keep our Mortgage Division running smoothly:

            • Accurately input and update sales data into our internal systems, ensuring 100% data integrity.
            • Generate and distribute weekly sales reports to the sales team and senior management.
            • Coordinate the preparation and dispatch of welcome packages for new clients.
            • Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to facilitate quick retrieval of documents.
            • Assist in the creation of client proposals, presentations, and other sales collateral.
            • Respond to routine inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
            • Collaborate with the Mortgage Division’s project managers to track project milestones and deliverables.
            • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
            • Perform ad‑hoc data analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.
            • Adhere to all company policies, including data security and confidentiality protocols.

            Essential Qualifications

            • Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services environment.
            • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and conditional formatting).
            • Strong command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for document creation and presentation.
            • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
            • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
