Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be the first line of communication for our customers. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Responding to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Diagnosing and resolving customer issues related to product usage, billing, and account management. Documenting interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure a seamless handoff to other teams. Escalating complex problems to specialized departments while maintaining a positive customer experience.
