Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Phone Representative, you will serve as the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our members and prospective customers. You’ll handle inbound calls, set appointments, manage membership inquiries, and engage with customers via SMS—all while working from the comfort of your own home.
