What You Will Do
- Handle inbound passenger calls and resolve requests for Delta flight reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently
- Rebook affected passengers during flight disruptions with speed, accuracy, and sincere empathy for travel stress
- Process refund requests, travel credit issuances, and passenger compensation for documented service failures
- Resolve SkyMiles account inquiries including missing mileage credits, status challenges, and award travel support
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Delta flight schedules, fare rules, and travel documentation
- Ensure every passenger interaction ends with the customer feeling heard, valued, and satisfied with the resolution
Requirements
- High school diploma — one or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Empathetic, professional phone manner with clear, confident English communication at all times
- Strong ability to work across multiple systems and input information accurately while maintaining natural conversation
- Dedicated, quiet home office with personal computer, USB headset, and wired internet at 25+ Mbps minimum
- Flexible availability — rotating shifts including evenings and weekend coverage required
- Willingness to complete Delta's full paid training program before handling live passenger contacts
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour with performance bonus opportunities
