Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Clinical Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members seeking assistance with arenaflex’s specialty programs. Your role will involve:

  • Answering inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and courtesy.

  • Retrieving member information using arenaflex’s proprietary systems and providing clear, concise guidance.
