🌴 Flexible PTO (Yep, really.)

🏠 100% Remote – Work from anywhere.

🔥 Tons of Autonomy – We trust you to own your work.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager with a strong foundation in content strategy to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in leading client growth, particularly for our multi-location restaurant clients across Canada.

In this role, you’ll be the strategic lead and primary relationship manager, owning content strategy while overseeing a cross-functional team that supports both content execution and performance strategy. From campaign ideation and planning to multi-channel roadmaps and reporting, you’ll help clients achieve meaningful business outcomes through a growth-focused digital marketing lens.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Cultivate Client Relationship and Trust: Serve as the main point of contact, building strong relationships with head office stakeholders and local franchisees when needed. Use regular check-ins, feedback loops, and strategic guidance to foster true partnership and drive adoption of marketing strategies.

  • Lead Content-Driven Growth Strategy: Develop and present localized, multi-channel content roadmaps (social, email, web, paid advertising) that align with each client’s goals, brand voice, and community trends; ensuring they’re rooted in audience insights and built to deliver measurable business outcomes. Stay current on content trends and tools, using them to inform and elevate the strategy at every touchpoint.

  • Oversee Cross-Functional Campaign Execution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to ensure a seamless execution that’s aligned with performance goals and maintains brand consistency across channels. Define and interpret key metrics to drive ongoing optimization and demonstrate impact on client growth.

This Job is for You if:

  • 💼 You have 3+ years in Client/Customer Success, Account Management, or Marketing Management roles — ideally in a marketing agency or fast-paced, digitally-focused environment.

  • 🎓 You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • 🍽️ You have 1+ years of experience serving restaurant or hospitality clients.

  • 🗣️ You’re fluent in English (C1+), both written and spoken.

  • 📊 You have a deep understanding of content SEO, audience segmentation, storytelling frameworks, and multi-channel content planning.

  • 📋 You have hands-on experience with content workflows and platforms like CMS systems, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Monday.com.

  • 🧭 You can drive content strategy while overseeing a cross-functional team, including content execution and performance specialists.

  • 🗂️ You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing project scopes, timelines, and budgets.

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have experience supporting marketing strategies for QSR, fast-casual, or multi-location restaurant brands.

  • Have written conversion-focused copy (ads, landing pages, SEO blogs, emails).

  • Have experience experimenting with AI tools for ideation, content generation, or streamlining workflows.

  • Speak Spanish (not a deal-breaker, but cool).

Do NOT apply if:

  • You seek a purely tactical writing role without ongoing client-facing responsibilities.

  • You need close oversight to stay on track, or feel uncomfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced setting.

  • You resist feedback, iteration, or collaborative brainstorming.

  • You find it challenging to translate strategic insights into clear, actionable content.

  • You don’t enjoy keeping up with evolving content and digital marketing trends, tools, or technologies.

  • You prefer minimal involvement in client communication or relationship-building.
