The role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, pipeline generation, lead qualification, and maintaining accurate CRM activity records for B2B SaaS sales. Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Execute high-volume daily outreach (calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging) to generate interest and secure qualified discovery meetings Cold Calling Confidently make cold calls to key decision-makers (IT directors, enterprise leaders, and technical stakeholders), effectively communicating our SaaS value proposition Pipeline Generation Target key enterprise accounts and map out organizational structures to identify key buyers and influencers Lead Qualification Qualify incoming or self-prospected leads based on business needs CRM & Activity Tracking Maintain precise records of all outreach activities, notes, and account research in HubSpot Skills 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or outbound business development Proven track record of handling high-volume outbound activity metrics Exceptional phone presence with demonstrated success navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and booking meetings Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical decision-makers Must be based in the United States Prior experience in or familiarity with Data Center technology, cloud infrastructure, Network or Facility management tools Proficiency with HubSpot and Microsoft 365 Benefits Remote role based in the United States Company Overview Sunbird Software is changing the way data centers are being managed.
