With our "patient comes first" philosophy, the team at Westmount Dental Centre provides a complete line of services, treatments and procedures to meet all of patients' dental needs under one roof - specializing in general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry.We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team in a fixed-term position until October 2027.
Schedule: Bi-Weekly Rotation
Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PMWeek 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Select Sundays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Your Role:
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
- Assist dentists and hygienists during treatments, maintaining patient comfort and workflow
- Take dental X-rays and digital images as required
- Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
- Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Support scheduling, patient flow, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Follow all privacy, safety, and regulatory guidelines
- Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour
About You:
- Registered and/or Certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
