Regional Business Development Representatives Multiple Career Opportunities Available ESTAC Industrial Agencies Limited is expanding its sales team and is recruiting both full-time Sales Representatives and Independent Sales Contractor Representatives to develop business across Jamaica. Available Positions • Position 1 – Kingston Metropolitan Based (Full-Time Employee): Kingston, St. Andrew, Portmore & St. Catherine • Position 2 – North Coast West Based (Independent Contractor): Trelawny, St. James & Hanover • Position 3 – North Coast East Based (Independent Contractor): St. Ann, St. Mary & Portland • Position 4 – South Coast Based (Independent Contractor): Clarendon (May Pen), Manchester & St. Elizabeth Products & Solutions • Compressed Air Systems & Dryers • Standby Generators • Industrial Equipment • Preventative Maintenance & Service Contracts • Solid Surface Countertops • Kitchen, Labaratory & Commercial Sinks • Bathroom Wash Basins Key Responsibilities • Develop new business and maintain customer relationships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, developers, hotels, manufacturers, commercial businesses, government agencies and residential clients. • Identify equipment and service contract opportunities. • Work with ESTAC's technical team to prepare quotations and proposals. • Achieve sales targets and submit activity reports. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum three (3) years' B2B sales or business development experience. • Experience with industrial equipment, engineering products, building materials or architectural products is an asset. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Valid Jamaican Driver's Licence. • Independent contractor applicants should have a reliable motor vehicle and established business network within their territory.
