Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Part Time Receptionisttojoin the team at Agincourt Mazda .

Pay Rate: $17.95/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone communications and reception
  • Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroomand inquire as to the purpose of their visit
  • Vehicle licensing and administration
  • Participate in dealer trade; prepare informationfor pick-up and collect receipts/payments
  • Participate in administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor andability to accurately record messages and information
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of problems with apositive attitude and bring them to completion
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under allcircumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achievecommon goals
  • Two (2) years of reception experience, orequivalent
  • Dealership experience preferred
  • One-Eighty or customer relationship managementsystem experience preferred
  • Must be available Monday to Friday with Saturdayshifts as needed
  • Licensing experience required
