About Us

We are launching a brand-new Midas Location in Etobicoke, focused on delivering a modern, transparent, and customer-first experience. We are building a strong front-of-house team to support high-volume operations from day one.

Role Overview

As the Receptionist / Admin, you are the first point of contact for customers - setting the tone for their experience. You will support daily operations, manage appointments, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the service team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Manage customer check-ins and basic intake information
  • Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks
  • Handle invoicing, payments, and basic cash management
  • Maintain organized records and customer database
  • Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous receptionist, admin, or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with computers, POS systems, and scheduling tools
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Automotive experience is a plus
