First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

Compensation:

$115,000 - $205,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Show properties to prospective buyers, ensuring each visit is informative and engaging.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Guide clients through the home-buying process, providing clear and confident advice every step of the way.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings, balancing client needs with your flexible schedule.
  • Stay informed about local real estate markets, sharing insights that empower clients to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences and share best practices.
  • Utilize proven systems to maintain consistency and productivity in your daily activities, driving your success forward.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but we're open to all levels of experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently.
  • Familiarity with local real estate markets, or a willingness to learn and stay updated.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering collaboration and shared success.
  • Real estate license required or actively in progress to ensure compliance and professionalism.
  • Comfortable using technology and systems to maintain productivity and client engagement remotely.
