Job Description: Real Estate Client Care & Personal Assistant

  • Manage nurture systems
  • Dealing with clients administratively as needed
  • Run the deal-by-deal client survey
  • Run client feedback systems
  • Mail-out support
  • Event planning support
  • Prep Occasional Offers & Amendments
  • Upload Listing Details online
  • Order signs for new listings
  • Digital File Management
  • Update and manage client information in a CRM
  • Work directly with my real estate brokerage submitting completed paperwork
  • Coordinating client gifts
  • Take forwarded calls on occasion
  • Manage commission tracker
  • Send out newsletter
  • Listing marketing system management
  • Be on call for emergencies / on fire moments

Who we are looking for…

  • We are looking for an administratively gifted person who understands how to work in a fast paced environment.
  • This person would have pride in solving problems and working fast.
  • Having real estate or service industry experience is preferred but we will interview other talented self-learners too.
  • Must know how to deal with all types of people and be a calming yet assertive personality.
  • Has basic knowledge of Canva
  • Has boundaries but is ok with random calls when needed.Must be fluent in English. Written and spoken.
  • Must be set up to be an independent contractor

Hours: 5-15 hours a week with room to grow.

Wage: $20-25.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP but will wait 2 weeks if you need to give notice.

Location: Remote in Vancouver
