Real Estate Assistant - AI Start Up, Remote Job

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Assistant to support our fast-growing, tech-enabled real estate platform. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth experience for home buyers by coordinating property showings, responding to buyer questions, and engaging new leads via text.

You’ll be the connective tissue between buyers, showing agents, and listing agents—keeping everything moving quickly and clearly.

We are looking for a native English speaker. If you’re an American or Canadian expat, and you fit the description below, please apply!

Knowledge of real estate is not mandatory for the right candidate, but it is strongly preferred. Experience with inside sales is also a plus. You will be tested on your typing skills and written communication in the interview. You need to have stable internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset. Must be coachable, and have a growth mindset!

For initial screening, please record a Loom video introducing yourself, where you’re located, and why you’re interested in the position. Other video options are accepted. If you’re submitting via Google Drive, please make sure the permissions to view are adjusted appropriately. Applications without this requirement will not be considered. Voice recordings like Vocaroo are not alternative options. We review all videos submitted.
