Python Development - Internship (WFH)


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Developing and maintaining custom Home Assistant integrations and components using Python, following the platform's architecture and coding standards.
2. Writing unit and integration tests, reviewing code, and submitting pull requests to improve reliability and feature coverage.
3. Debugging issues, reading Home Assistant core documentation, and collaborating with the team to implement new device support and automation capabilities.

  1. are available for the work from home job/internship
  2. can work from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm India Standard Time)
  3. can start the work from home job/internship between 2nd Oct'26 and 6th Nov'26
  4. are available for duration of 3 months
  5. have relevant skills and interests
  6. * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
  7. are Computer Science Engineering students


Stipend:

INR₹ 12,500 /month

Other Requirements:

  1. 1. Candidates pursuing Computer Science / Software Engineering are preferred

  3. 3. Interest in IoT, smart home systems, or embedded/home automation projects is a plus
