PT Real Estate Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and very organized individual to join our team! You will be responsible for administration, marketing, social media, as well as other duties as described below.This person will actively support and assist our team in building our business and forming long-term business relationships.

Mandarin and Cantonese language proficiency is required for this role. Applicants who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Location: North York – Willowdale & Hollywood area

Job Type: Part-Time

● Tuesday – Saturday, 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm, flexible shifts

Wage Range: $20.00 - $22.00

Wage will be based on experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Designing & Editing Social Media posts using Canva
  • Uploading and updating listings on REALM
  • Preparing offers and listing documents using WebForms
  • Booking appointments and tracking confirmations – following up where required
  • Co-ordinating listing property set-up and preparation, such as booking / coordinating / scheduling photographers
  • Co-ordinating schedules
  • Creating flyers and other marketing materials and organizing distribution of marketing materials
  • Updating social media and websites with new listings (Facebook, Instagram,Tik Tok, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Managing social media advertising
  • Creating and sending marketing emails
  • Reviewing mail, keeping the office tidy and organized
  • Managing client database
  • Working with online CRMs
  • Ensuring all required paperwork/documents are collected and completed correctly Following up and responding to emails

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills, including excellent telephone manner
  • High level of initiative and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Accurate data entry and reporting skills
  • Ability to work very well under pressure
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Marketing knowledge is considered an asset
  • Administrative real estate experience is required
