Proofreader / Developmental Editor for Novel's First Draft

I am looking for two proof / beta readers who can help with the developmental editing of my first draft (supernatural mystery). It currently sits at 32,000 words, and the goal for the novel is 55,000. Simply, I need two people to read each chapter (25 total) and answer a few questions per chapter that will help me see what my story may be lacking / where it can be naturally expanded (I have a habit of being overly concise).

I will provide two Google Docs: one that contains the novel and one that contains each chapter's questions. While I am primarily looking for developmental editing, if you catch mistakes in grammar or formatting, I would appreciate that too :)

I would like to have this project completed by November 22 (9 weeks away as of this job's posting), but I am not looking for rushed work. If this doesn't sound like enough time for you, you may not be the right fit for this job. Something to consider!

If I were looking for a robot's help, then I would not be posting on Upwork, so I expect NO USAGE OF AI during ANY part of your reading and answering process.
