In this critical role, you will help drive the transformation of our digital platforms, leading data integration and mapping initiatives to improve platform connectivity and enhance user experiences. Reporting to the Manager — Program Office, you will collaborate with Senior Program Managers, Project Managers, and technical data teams to execute strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position offers strong opportunities for professional development while supporting our mission to craft innovative digital solutions across TELUS Digital’s platform ecosystem.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><em>Data Mapping & Integration<br><br></em><ul><li>Support and coordinate data mapping projects that align business requirements with technical implementations</li><li>Work with technical teams to translate data requirements into clear mapping specifications and documentation</li><li>Track mapping progress to ensure deliverables are accurate and complete</li><li>Identify data transformation needs and coordinate solutions across multiple platforms</li><li>Document and communicate data flow requirements to stakeholders and development teams<br><br></li></ul><em>Project Support & Execution<br><br></em><ul><li>Assist Senior Program Managers and Project Managers in delivering programs that enhance our platforms</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth project delivery</li><li>Help develop project plans and deliverables that align with business objectives</li><li>Contribute to initiatives that improve customer and user experiences across solutions<br><br></li></ul><em>Project Management & Delivery<br><br></em><ul><li>Manage assigned projects and project components while maintaining quality standards and delivering to deadlines</li><li>Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned initiatives</li><li>Identify potential risks and escalate as appropriate to ensure project success</li><li>Apply project management best practices and learn advanced methodologies</li><li>Assist with budget tracking and ensure projects remain within allocated resources<br><br></li></ul><em>Coordination & Communication<br><br></em><ul><li>Build positive working relationships with cross-functional team members, including data engineers and business analysts</li><li>Communicate project updates, data requirements, and technical specifications to stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate clear communication between technical and business teams</li><li>Coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and support effective project communications<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>2–4 years of experience managing projects or supporting project teams</li><li>Demonstrated experience with data mapping, data integration, or ETL processes</li><li>Solid understanding of data concepts, data flow, and system integration principles</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Experience coordinating with diverse technical and business teams</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eagerness to grow presentation abilities</li><li>Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data requirements into actionable solutions</li><li>Adaptability and comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments</li><li>Practical problem-solving approach to identify and resolve data integration challenges collaboratively</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>Growth mindset and eagerness to develop advanced skills in project management and data integration<br><br></li></ul><strong>Nice to Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in digital technology, platform environments, or working with data standards</li><li>Advanced skills in SQL, data warehousing, or database management</li><li>Project management training or entry-level certifications</li><li>Understanding of data quality assurance and validation processes</li><li>Experience with software platforms or enterprise systems</li><li>Interest in process improvement, operational efficiency, or data process optimization<br><br></li></ul><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer<br><br></strong>At TELUS Digital, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
