Project Management coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring all parties are informed of project developments.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and budgets.
  • Assist in the allocation of resources across multiple projects to ensure efficiency and project success.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement learnings in future projects.
  • Use project management software to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new team members as necessary for project work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project).
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or coordination, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
  • Some flexibility in working hours may be required to meet project deadlines.
