Each day, you will ensure the activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completing the corresponding engineering assignments.</p><p></p><p>The work model for the role is: Onsite.</p><p></p><p>This role is contributing to the Projects and Services of PAEN in Qatar. Main stakeholders are Project team, Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager.</p><p></p><p>You will be mainly accountable for:</p><ul><li><p>Collaborating on project installation, commissioning, and site activities, to clarify potential issues or provide solutions to rectify the engineering errors.</p></li><li><p>Coaching the project engineers and designers on the translation of conceptual designs to engineering documentation, including modelling, prototyping, and calculations.</p></li><li><p>Leading, supervising, and coordinating teams (less than 10 members) in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on projects.</p></li><li><p>Applying design thinking or design for excellence concepts in projects, including modelling, prototyping, simulation, and calculations.</p></li></ul><p><br /><i>Our team dynamics </i><br />You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.</p></div><div><p><br /><br /><b>Qualifications for the role </b></p><ul><li><p>Graduate Engineer in Electrical/ Electronic/ instrumentation Engineering</p></li><li><p>You are highly skilled with 800xA, AC800M, AC800M HI, Infi90 and Symphony systems and the Oil & Gas / Power & Water market</p></li><li><p>Must have minimum 12 years of experience of which at least 8 years as customer support / project / service engineer of System 800xA based 800M / 800mHI / Infi90 / Symphony systems preferably in Oil & Gas / Power & Water industry. </p></li><li><p>Experience of working in service projects and major projects for system 800xA based ICSS.</p></li><li><p>Team Size: Lead Engineer with 5 to 10 virtual reports as per project execution organogram. (No line management)</p></li><li><p>Good hands-on experience as Project Lead for system 800xA based control system (both hardware and software) with 9800M/ nfi90 / symphony Plus / system 800xA -based application development – project & commissioning</p></li><li><p>Hands own experience in system installation and maintenance with solid experience in Cyber security solutions for 800xA systems.
