The Genie Transportation Services is seeking professional chauffeurs who take pride in safety, hospitality, reliability, and exceptional guest service while transporting guests between Walt Disney World, Orlando International Airport, Port Canaveral, and Central Florida resorts.

This is a full-time W2 employee position with a company-provided vehicle. No employee benefits are provided.

What You’ll Do

As a Genie Chauffeur, you will provide safe, welcoming, and professional transportation for families visiting Orlando.

Safe Driving Excellence

Operate company vehicles with the highest standards of safety, defensive driving, and professionalism at all times.

Exceptional Guest Service

Create a warm, friendly, and polished experience for guests, especially families with children, so they feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited for their vacation.

Guest Assistance

Assist with luggage, strollers, and car seats, ensuring families are comfortably settled before departure.

Vehicle Presentation

Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition — clean, smoke-free, organized, and guest-ready for every trip.

Professional Problem Solving

Handle traffic delays, schedule changes, airport logistics, and guest needs calmly and professionally while always prioritizing safety and guest comfort.

Required Work Location

This position requires the chauffeur to live close to our primary service area to ensure reliable early-morning reporting times and efficient vehicle logistics.

Ideal candidates must live in or near one of the following areas:

Lake Buena Vista / State Road 535 corridor
SeaWorld area west of Orangewood Boulevard
Flamingo Crossings area
Horizon West
Celebration

Candidates who live far outside these areas are strongly discouraged from applying, as the schedule and operational demands require close proximity to the Disney-area service corridor.

Schedule Requirements

This position requires availability for early morning through afternoon shifts, Friday through Monday.

Additional work may be available on other days based on customer demand.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, as our busiest periods align with family travel schedules.

This role is best suited for someone who can reliably support high-demand travel days and early-morning airport, resort, and cruise transportation needs.

Minimum Requirements

Professional Driving Experience

Minimum of 1 year of professional passenger driving experience in a commercial, hospitality, or high-service environment.

Relevant experience may include:

Chauffeur services
Private transportation companies
Black car services
Resort or hotel transportation
Shuttle driving
High-rated rideshare driving with a strong service record

Driving Record

Valid driver’s license for at least 10 consecutive years
No more than one moving violation in the past 5 years
Strong safety record and sound judgment behind the wheel

Guest Service & Communication

Fluent English communication is required
Must be professional, courteous, and polished
Must be comfortable interacting with families, children, hotel staff, airport personnel, and travel guests

Excellent With Children

Our guests are primarily families with children. You must be patient, friendly, calm, and naturally welcoming to both kids and parents.

Background Check

Background checks are required.
Applicants must have no arrests or convictions for violent crimes or felonies.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to regularly lift luggage, car seats, and strollers up to 60 pounds.
