Production Designer

Our client is lookign for a fully Remote Production Designer with Beauty industry experience to support a fast-paced, multi-brand creative services team. This role is focused on high-volume execution, adaptation, asset production, and versioning while maintaining brand consistency and accuracy.  

40 hours per week through 12/31 with a likelihood to extend.

The ideal candidate thrives in deadline-driven environments and is comfortable managing a large volume of simultaneous deliverables across multiple brands and marketing channels.

Responsibilities

  • Execute production-ready design assets across multiple brands.
  • Resize and adapt existing creative for various channels and platforms.
  • Produce digital marketing assets, email creative, web graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare files for deployment and distribution.
  • Manage version control and maintain organized asset libraries.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established brand standards and guidelines.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and periods of increased workflow.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to meet project deadlines.
  • Execute a high volume of creative requests with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of production design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of file preparation, production workflows, and asset management.
  • Experience adapting creative assets across multiple formats, sizes, and channels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and large workloads while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or consumer product industries.
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
  • Email design and production experience.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and template-driven workflows.
  • Agency or in-house creative studio experience.
