Privacy Program Manager

<p>Define and own improvements to scalable privacy review processes and mechanisms and report to stakeholders and senior management on a monthly basis. Consult with Alexa Privacy leadership, legal, policy, process, and system owners to ensure that sound protocols are in place to manage evolving privacy obligations. Develop and maintain procedures and SOPs used by privacy reviewers, and assist in privacy reviews as needed where reviewers need assistance outside of scenarios defined in SOPs. Work with privacy SMEs and Privacy product and tech teams to drive feature development that assist in detecting, reviewing and managing privacy Compliance issues. Own regular business metrics and content generation for inclusion in management reporting. Assist in maintaining other privacy focused documentation such as FAQs and internal pages. Assist in other complex cross-functional projects to meet emerging global privacy obligations.</p><p>Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
