What We Are Looking For Plumbing Apprentice Experience with residential plumbing service calls, water treatment, trouble shooting and water heaters (tanks, tankless' s and boilers). Hydronic/boiler experience is an asset: Proven experience in diagnosing & servicing residential units. A thorough understanding of provincial plumbing code and standards; Strong customer service skills and good communication skills An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude A valid driver’s license with a suitable driving abstract Clear criminal background check Be safety conscious and come with a willingness to learn. What Will You Do Complete general and specific plumbing inspections Promote Right Time products and services on every call Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams. Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle Maintain a clean and professional appearance Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude; The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures. Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.
