We are building a benchmark to evaluate how research models navigate complex payroll-related tasks and decisions across HR, Finance, and Accounting functions.</p><p>You will complete a series of surveys drawing on your real-world payroll expertise, covering areas such as payroll calculations, compliance, benefits administration, tax withholding, and reporting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please note, when you join our platform, you will first go through a screener to ascertain your eligibility for this project, after which you will be invited to the platform.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>What you’ll be doing</em></strong></p><ul><li>Complete a series of surveys related to payroll processes and scenarios</li><li>Draw on your professional experience to answer questions on payroll calculations, compliance, benefits, and tax withholding</li><li>Provide feedback on the clarity and relevance of survey questions</li><li>Share your professional judgment on realistic payroll scenarios presented in the surveys</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>What you’ll bring</em></strong></p><ul><li>Current involvement in payroll activities as part of your job function in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting</li><li>Job title does not matter, provided payroll is part of your role</li><li>Familiarity with payroll processes (calculations, compliance, benefits, tax withholding, reporting)</li><li>Bonus: experience with payroll software, HRIS systems, or automated payroll workflows</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Why join this project?</em></strong></p><p>As a Domain expert, this is a rare opportunity to contribute to ground breaking research in the field of payroll.
