About the team

Stripe's Global Partner Marketing team drives growth by developing and scaling go-to-market programs with Stripe's most strategic channel, technology, and alliance partners. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and GTM teams, the team builds the infrastructure, enablement, and co-marketing programs that extend Stripe's reach across the partner ecosystem.

What you’ll do

As the Online & Regional Events Program Manager, you will build the operating foundation behind Partner Marketing’s online and in-person event portfolio. You’ll turn priorities into repeatable programs, capacity and investment plans, and measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Marketing Operations, regional and global marketing teams, and agency partners, you’ll improve how events are selected, planned, delivered, and evaluated—helping the team scale its impact while making thoughtful trade-offs across resources, timing, and budget.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale repeatable event motions across Partner Marketing’s online and in-person portfolio, including partner-led pre-sales and post-sales workshops, partner enablement programs, and co-sell events. Partner with Marketing Operations to use existing infrastructure and processes where possible, improving efficiency and consistency across programs.
  • Own the measurement and analytical framework for partner events. Identify and quantify high-value opportunities, establish event selection criteria and performance benchmarks, and assess results against defined business outcomes. Diagnose the root causes of underperformance and recommend changes that improve impact, efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Develop and maintain a capacity model and integrated editorial calendar for Partner Marketing events. Translate priorities and available resources into a clear execution plan, identify capacity constraints and tradeoffs, and recommend where the team should invest, defer, or scale..
  • Manage the Partner Marketing events budget and forecasting process, tracking commitments and actual spend, identifying risks early, and maintaining forecast accuracy within 1% accuracy .
  • Integrate Partner Marketing-led events into regional and global marketing calendars. Coordinate with regional, field, partner, and global marketing teams to align timing, audiences, messaging, and resources; identify conflicts or gaps; and recommend solutions that maximize collective impact.
  • Develop and launch a shared-services model for Partner Marketing events. Define the service offering, operating model, intake process, roles, and success measures; support the selection and onboarding of a global agency partner; and drive adoption of the service across the Partner Marketing organization.
  • Manage agency performance and service quality by setting clear briefs, milestones, service-level agreements, and escalation paths. Monitor delivery against agreed standards and recommend process or resourcing improvements when performance falls short.

We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

We’re looking for an analytical and highly organized program manager who can independently lead complex, cross-functional event programs from planning through measurement. You are comfortable operating through ambiguity, managing several workstreams at once, and using data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and recommend improvements. You build trusted relationships across teams, communicate clearly, and balance attention to executional detail with a focus on business impact.

Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B event marketing, partner marketing, field marketing, or marketing program management, including online and in-person programs.
  • Experience independently managing complex, cross-functional programs, including defining timelines, deliverables, dependencies, roles, and success measures.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience establishing performance benchmarks, evaluating program impact and ROI, diagnosing underperformance, and translating findings into recommendations.
  • Experience managing program budgets and forecasts, tracking commitments and actual spend, and identifying financial risks early.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable processes, capacity plans, calendars, or operating models that improve efficiency and execution across multiple programs.
  • Experience managing agencies or vendors, including developing briefs, setting expectations and milestones, monitoring performance, and resolving delivery issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across regions, functions, and levels.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience developing events or programs for technology, channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners.
  • Experience building or operating a shared-services model across multiple teams or regions.
  • Experience supporting global and regional marketing calendars and coordinating programs across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations, pipeline measurement, event attribution, and CRM or marketing-automation systems.
