Key Responsibilities As a Remote Online Chat Representative at brighthush, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of our clients’ brands. Your day-to-day tasks will include Engaging with customers via live chat, answering product and service inquiries with accuracy and empathy. Resolving issues, troubleshooting common problems, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team members. Maintaining multiple databases and chat platforms simultaneously, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and tracked.
