An upscale health, fitness, and wellness clinic with three locations across Toronto: Downtown, North York, and Midtown (Leaside). We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our growing team. What You'll Do

As our Front Desk Associate, you'll be instrumental in creating a seamless and positive experience for every client. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Be the First Impression: Warmly greet and welcome all guests and clients in person and over the phone, expertly directing inquiries and providing a first-class introduction to our facility.
  • Drive Membership Growth: Coordinate comprehensive membership services, including detailed membership explanations, transparent pricing discussions and efficient registrations.
  • Manage Client Accounts & Bookings: Utilize our CRM software to efficiently manage client accounts, process payments, track booking schedules, and proactively follow up on overdue payments via phone and email.
  • Provide Essential Support: Maintain meticulous filing systems and provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of our facility.

Job Details:
  • Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
  • Compensation: $18 per hour
  • Schedule: Weekday and weekend availability is required to support our operating hours.

Benefits

  • Early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM
  • Mid shifts, including approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Late evening shifts, with shifts ending as late as 11:00 PM
  • Weekend shifts

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
