Job Summary

R N Apex Couriers Ltd. is hiring a Package Delivery Associate to support daily courier operations by safely transporting packages, completing assigned delivery routes, and providing dependable customer service. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient package deliveries while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick up, transport, and deliver packages safely and efficiently
  • Complete assigned delivery routes while meeting scheduled timelines
  • Load, unload, and organize packages for delivery
  • Verify delivery information and maintain accurate delivery records
  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers
  • Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates and delivery issues
  • Use GPS and navigation tools to complete deliveries effectively
  • Perform vehicle inspections and report safety concerns when needed
  • Follow company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures
  • Complete additional delivery duties assigned by management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in delivery, courier services, logistics, or customer service is an asset but not required
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned routes
  • Ability to lift and carry packages as required
