Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to fill the role of Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative . In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking interpreter services, ensuring they receive accurate information and seamless connections to qualified linguists. This is an overnight role, primarily remote due to the ongoing COVID‑19 considerations, with the expectation to transition back to our Horsham office when conditions allow. Key Responsibilities Answer a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Gather precise client information and accurately match callers with an appropriate interpreter. Maintain detailed call logs and update client records in our proprietary software system. Provide clear, concise explanations of careerforge services, pricing structures, and procedural guidelines. Resolve client inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary. Adhere to data‑privacy standards, ensuring all sensitive information remains confidential. Essential Requirements Reliable personal computer equipped with a functional webcam and high‑speed internet connection (mandatory for remote work).
