About the role At Amazon, we are working to be the most customer‑centric company on earth. The Amazon University Talent Acquisition Team is looking for ambitious students to join us as an Operations Intern, working in one of our core businesses, Amazon Operations. Key responsibilities Complete high‑priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating ability to deliver results. Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement. Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones. Engage with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates to develop communication and teamwork skills. Move throughout the building to engage with various teams, participating in pre‑briefs, flow meetings, and leadership discussions. Navigate the workspace and transition between different areas as required. Adapt to flexible schedules and shift patterns. Potentially relocate to the designated work location. Required profile Currently enrolled in or will receive a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
