Operations Customer Relationship Management and Product Manager at High 5 Games: 100% Remote (Toronto, ON, Canada)

Title: B2C Operations CRM and Product Manager

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Department: Product & Project Management

Job Description:

Product & Project Management - Toronto, Ontario (Remote)

Industry: Social Casino / iGaming / Computer Games

About the Role

High 5 Games is seeking a highly driven, data-obsessed B2C Operations CRM & Product Manager to lead and scale our player engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level growth strategy, campaign execution, and operations. You will own the end-to-end player communication lifecycle, from onboarding and conversion to VIP loyalty and reactivation. You will utilize inhouse marketing automation tools, A/B testing, and deep data analytics. If you thrive in an ad-hoc fast-paced environment and love building scalable CRM strategies that drive real business growth, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Lifecycle Operations

  • Strategy & Execution: Design and coordinate the development and deployment of multi-channel CRM campaigns (In-App Messaging, Push Notifications, Email, SMS) aimed at driving player acquisition, retention, monetization, and reactivation.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize automated player journeys (onboarding, conversion flows, VIP loyalty tracks, and win-back sequences) through data-backed experimentation.
  • Database Hygiene & Segmentation: Lead the entire database workflow—from identifying target player segments and cleaning data to maintaining contact database accuracy and proper segmentation.

Growth & Lifecycle Optimization

  • Growth Initiatives: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams to design growth tactics, rewards, incentives, and promotional mechanics tailored for social casino players.
  • A/B Testing & Experimentation: Rigorously test campaign creative, copy, timing, coin/bonus offers, and segmentation to maximize Open Rates, CTRs, and In-App Purchases (IAP).
  • Copywriting & Creative Messaging: Draft compelling, compliant, and high-converting campaign copy that simplifies complex game mechanics/promotions and engages casino players.

Performance, Analytics & Reporting

  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze player behavioral data, cohort trends, and campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights that improve lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • KPI Tracking: Define, monitor, and present key performance indicators (Open Rates, Conversion Rates, ARPU, Retention Rates, ROI) in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for leadership.
  • Operational Alignment: Coordinate cross functionally across data team, design, customer support and product teams to ensure seamless execution of live operational events and promotions.

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a heavy emphasis on CRM, growth hacking, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in Social Casino, iGaming or Crypto ecosystems).
  • CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with mobile marketing platforms and CRM/automation tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and data analysis (Excel/SQL is a plus) to measure campaign ROI and player behavior.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep understanding of B2C operations, CRM principles, retention loops, and player monetization strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills with the ability to turn data into compelling player messaging.
  • Detail-oriented project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns simultaneously.
  • Location: Remote / Work from Home
