Online Chat Support Agent

Yumifys is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Online Chat Support Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will communicate with customers through online chat, answer questions, resolve basic issues, and make sure customers receive timely and professional support.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can remain calm under pressure, manage multiple conversations, and provide helpful solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and online messaging platforms.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and account-related questions.

  • Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful tone in every conversation.

  • Handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.

  • Record customer interactions and update relevant information in company systems.

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer-service standards.

  • Work with other departments when an issue requires additional assistance.

  • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their concerns are addressed.

  • Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong typing and computer skills.

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.

  • Professional and customer-friendly attitude.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
