Job Details
- Position: Women’s Health RN (Nurse Clinician, Licensed Medical Professional, member of the OIIQ).
- Location: Primarily work from home with occasional required in-person days in downtown office locations (Greater Montreal or Greater Toronto Area). This may change for certain weeks— company events, or training, while offering flexibility for remote work.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Reports to: Director of Patient Care
What You’ll Do
- Officially oversee the care of all clients in collaboration with the coach.
- Conduct virtual medical assessments and evaluate symptoms reported by clients.
- Develop and adjust personalized care plans, including medical recommendations.
- Act as the medical point of contact for escalated client needs or questions. Escalate any situations that are outside of your expertise.
- Conduct follow-ups when medication is prescribed.
- Collaborate closely with NPs and MDs on lab tests, exams, and prescribed medications.
- Support and provide education to coaches, ensuring they understand the care plans and interventions.
- Keep the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) updated with all client information, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
- Provide empathetic virtual care on menopause, hormone therapy, nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness for mid-life women.
- Maintain the highest standards of care.

- Bilingual (French and English) required.
- QC license required, with additional ON license preferred: If you do not currently hold an Ontario license, you must be willing to apply.
- Clinical Expertise: You are a registered nurse with specialized experience in women’s health, hormonal therapy, and holistic care, with a focus on supporting women through peri- to post-menopause.
- Certification or Training: Basic knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and psychology. Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques. Additional Menopause Certification preferred.
- Attention to Detail: You are thorough in client assessments, symptom tracking, and documentation, ensuring every aspect of care is recorded in the EMR.
- Strong Communicator: You can explain complex medical information to both clients and coaches clearly, making sure everyone is on the same page.
- Collaborative Leader: You are comfortable working closely with Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, and coaches, providing medical oversight and direction. Ability to escalate situations outside of your expertise to NPs or physicians.
- Problem Solver: You can make critical decisions when symptoms escalate or change, ensuring the client’s health is always prioritized.
- Client-Centered: You are dedicated to improving client outcomes, especially with HRT management, symptom relief, holistic approaches and long-term health improvements.
- Adaptability: You can manage the fast-paced nature of virtual healthcare while maintaining high standards of care.
- Education: You are passionate about providing education to both clients and the coaching team, ensuring they understand care plans and treatment options.
