About The Role

As the Multimedia Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative engine behind a recurring content calendar spanning three brands under the MultiplyMii umbrella — producing social media graphics, video edits, email marketing assets, blog collateral, and branded templates. You'll work closely with the hiring manager, receiving briefs and delivering polished, on-brand output on a steady weekly cadence. This role rewards someone who can move fast without sacrificing quality, and who actively uses AI tools to work smarter — automating repetitive tasks, speeding up ideation, and building better workflows rather than grinding through everything manually. Design systems and brand standards are already in place; the ideal candidate picks them up quickly and finds ways to make them better.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce social media graphics and video edits across multiple platforms, maintaining brand consistency throughout.
  • Build, update, and maintain Canva template libraries for recurring asset types including social posts, blog graphics, email banners, and cross-brand materials.
  • Create digital marketing collateral such as blog thumbnails, blog banners, presentation decks, and supporting campaign assets.
  • Design and update email marketing graphics and banner assets within HubSpot for recurring campaigns and newsletters.
  • Handle 2–3 concurrent design or video tasks per week, adjusting to project schedule shifts as needed.
  • Leverage AI tools (Claude and others) to automate repetitive production tasks, speed up ideation, and build decks and assets faster without compromising quality.
  • Maintain organized file structures, shared drive libraries, and version control across all work.
  • Collaborate directly with the hiring manager to understand briefs, clarify concepts, and translate feedback into polished deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate progress, blockers, or clarifying questions rather than waiting to be asked.
  • Identify opportunities to improve template systems, streamline recurring workflows, and strengthen design consistency across brands.

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least 5 years of experience in the digital design industry, including a minimum of 1 year in a corporate or structured team environment.
  • Solid experience in both graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) as the primary production environment.
  • Solid working experience with Canva, including building and managing branded templates at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience producing polished digital design assets — social media graphics, email banners, blog thumbnails, video edits, and marketing collateral.
  • Comfortable creating decks and presentation materials efficiently, using AI tools to accelerate the process.
  • Active, practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for creative production, automation, or workflow efficiency — not just casual familiarity.
  • Solid understanding of digital design principles: composition, typography, visual hierarchy, and platform-specific formatting.
  • Ability to work efficiently within established brand guidelines while contributing sound creative judgment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and polish across all deliverables.
  • Strong organizational skills — comfortable maintaining shared file systems, naming conventions, and asset libraries.
  • Self-directed, with proactive communication habits — comfortable reaching out first to clarify briefs, flag issues, or discuss concepts with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with feedback cycles and able to incorporate revisions efficiently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools beyond the basics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana.
  • Experience sourcing and working with licensed stock assets, music, or third-party libraries.
  • Background in or exposure to presentation design, infographics, or data visualization.
