Mortgage Lead Management, Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

  • Follow up with purchased, existing, and referral-generated mortgage leads
  • Conduct professional phone, SMS, and email follow-up
  • Qualify basic interest and schedule appointments with the client
  • Reactivate older leads using client-provided messaging and relevant market updates
  • Handle basic objections using a conversational, personalized approach
  • Track follow-ups and ensure qualified opportunities are not missed
  • Maintain lead information, notes, statuses, and follow-up activities in GoHighLevel
  • Organize CRM pipelines and incoming leads
  • Track appointments and outstanding follow-up requirements
  • Maintain accurate and current prospect records
  • Support leads generated through the client's existing systems and campaigns
  • Follow up with referral and potential business partners
  • Maintain organized partner and prospect information
  • Support appointment coordination and calendar management
  • Assist with additional lead-management and administrative responsibilities as assigned
  • Deliver services according to agreed timelines, guidelines, and written deliverables
  • Report to a point of contact to be determined

Requirements:

  • Previous appointment-setting or lead follow-up experience required
  • Phone-based customer service, sales support, or lead nurturing experience required
  • Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred
  • GoHighLevel experience strongly preferred
  • CRM and lead-management experience required
  • Experience communicating with U.S.-based consumers strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal English communication required
  • Referral or partnership outreach experience is a plus
  • Excellent spoken English with clear articulation
  • Confident, personable, and professional on the phone
  • Strong appointment-setting and follow-up ability
  • Able to build rapport rather than rely on overly aggressive outreach
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple leads
  • Proactive with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable working independently within established processes
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) knowledge strongly preferred
  • CRM / Lead Management Platforms knowledge required
  • Phone / VoIP Systems knowledge required
  • Email & SMS knowledge required
  • Calendar / Appointment Scheduling Platforms knowledge required
  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Office knowledge required
  • Native or near-native English accent required (Level A-B)
  • Availability for 10 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to work according to TBD EST schedule
  • Must operate as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
