About the Role

This is not a traditional moderator position.

We're looking for an Operations Moderator who will act as an all-round team member, supporting different areas of the business as needed. No two days will be exactly the same.

You'll assist customers, vendors, and drivers while also helping with administrative tasks, data management, quality control, and various operational projects.

If you enjoy variety, learning new systems, and wearing multiple hats, you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone
  • Assisting vendors with onboarding, product updates, and account issues
  • Supporting delivery partners with operational questions
  • Reviewing and moderating products, stores, and platform content
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Updating product information and pricing
  • Processing spreadsheets and bulk imports
  • Monitoring orders and resolving operational issues
  • Reporting bugs or technical issues to the development team
  • Assisting with testing new platform features
  • Supporting marketing and promotional campaigns when required
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Taking on additional projects assigned by management as business needs evolve
