About the Role Dominus Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Staffing Consultant to join our growing team. This is a dynamic 360° recruitment role responsible for both business development and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will build relationships with new and existing clients, identify staffing opportunities, and recruit qualified candidates to meet client workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Conduct client meetings to understand workforce requirements and staffing challenges.

Present staffing solutions and service offerings to potential clients.

Negotiate service agreements and staffing contracts. Recruitment &

  • Talent Acquisition Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for various positions.

Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Conduct reference checks and verify candidate qualifications.

Manage onboarding and placement processes.

Account Management

Maintain regular communication with clients and placed employees.

Ensure high levels of client and candidate satisfaction.

Resolve staffing issues and provide ongoing support.

Track recruitment activities and business development efforts through CRM systems.

Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ATS systems.

Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development is an asset.
