Job Description:

The Opportunity: The Owned Social Co-op will work directly with the organic social team, in partnership with internal creative teams and external agency partners, playing an important role in the day-to-day execution of organic social. Our goal is for the Digital Marketing co-op to show an understanding of the off-price/retail landscape and how we leverage Organic Social within our business model to meet objectives and goals. Marshalls Owned Social Co-op Role: The Marshalls Owned Social role responsibilities include contributing ideas, key learnings and optimizations to better inform content + posting recommendations. They will have a strong understanding of the overall organic social process from briefing to posting and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Organic Social Upkeep • Daily posting/scheduling to our organic social channels • Coordinating Weekly Organic Content distro to leadership and cross teams • Weekly Coded Links Requests Performance Trackers: Weekly Input & Overall Upkeep • Weekly: Flag over-performing content • Monthly: Population of Performance Deck UGC (user generated content) • Monitoring UGC to determine the most compelling content that we can reshare on social channels. • Input into weekly UGC briefs/recommended posts • Creative Requests for more/new UGC • Requesting UGC & Savings Approvals Additional Requests • Always on competitive & brand trends • Shopping in store for Surprise & Delight product for our brand fans/prospects • Store Calls & Gift Card Requests • Monitoring social channels for current trends specific to both Instagram and TikTok and share learning so we can incorporate that into our content. This position has a strong emphasis on professional development, and the co-op will have the opportunity to network and build relationships with team members across the organization while fine-tuning their professional skillset. Candidates should have a basic understanding of social media, as well as an eye for current fashion & home trends.
