Manager, Workday & HCM

<strong>What You’ll Do</strong> <br><br>Reporting to the AVP, Workday & HR Platforms, the Chapter Manager, Workday, will be responsible for supporting the performance and results of the Workday Systems team. This role will provide day to day support on the delivery of Workday configurations, system support, testing and troubleshooting and vendor support as required. This role will support our high-performing Workday team to create new functionality and enhancements that will effect the entire organization.<br><br><ul><li>Act as a Workday subject matter expert for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and security modules with hands on knowledge of Core HCM, Security & Benefits and working knowledge in other Workday modules, such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, learning, talent, time tracking, absence management and help </li><li>Lead a high-performing and dynamic team of Workday system configuration professionals</li><li>Partner with functional teams to review business requirements, recommend process improvements, and deploy system enhancements</li><li>Lead the team in the maintenance and enhancements of various Workday configurations, including but not limited to business processes, notifications, setup values, condition and eligibility rules, etc. </li><li>Lead and manage various types and levels of testing such as unit testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance and regression testing</li><li>Work closely with technical partners to troubleshoot and resolve any integration issues, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between systems, vendors and external providers</li><li>Lead and support the successful execution of Workday’s semi-annual releases to deliver new functionality and enhancements</li><li>Collaborate with functional and technical partners to streamline and improve processes/provide recommendations</li><li>Lead the maintenance of CTC’s Workday security framework and new security initiatives including the development of new custom security roles and security for new integrations</li><li>Build, test, and upload Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) mass data uploads as needed</li><li>Support internal and external audit requirements <br><br></li></ul> <br><br><strong>What You Bring:</strong> <br><br><ul><li>4 - 7 years of hands-on functional Workday experience</li><li>Workday HCM, security or benefits certification is required</li><li>Experience in other Workday modules is an asset: compensation, recruiting, talent, learning, help & payroll</li><li>Deep understanding of Human Resources processes and data  </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional problems</li><li>Knowledge and exposure in retail, distribution center and hourly workforce are desired</li><li>Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload, with a strong attention to details</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment</li><li>Exceptional collaboration skills with an ability to influence and drive change and contribute to overall operational effectiveness</li><li>Willingness to learn, explore and able to innovate and think out of the box</li><li>Exceptional collaboration skills with an ability to influence and drive change and contribute to overall operational effectiveness</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced operational environment </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional business problems. <br><br></li></ul>We’re always looking for great talent!
