This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. Our focus will be on helping our clients to achieve following key benefits:<br><br><ul><li>An optimal applications portfolio and governance structure that aligns with IT strategy and business architecture.</li><li>Improvement in application performance driving higher customer (internal and external) satisfaction.</li><li>Cost reduction and better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services<br><br></li></ul>This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.<br><br><strong>Your Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong>This position will support consulting by managing project teams through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. They will also provide business development assistance.<br><br><strong>Skills And Attributes For Success<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong analytical skills to develop solutions to complex problems. </li><li>Proven ability to manage engagement economics and resource planning. </li><li>Experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. </li><li>Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses. </li><li>Ability to be a key contributor throughout the project lifecycle and agreed upon phases of the ERP project</li><li>Ability to work and collaborate effectively with both internal and external team members</li><li>Individual with strong communication and listening skills</li><li>Self-starter with a willingness and desire to continue to learn and grow both personally and professionally</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to implement software</li><li>Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts.</li><li>Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally</li><li>Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in developing solutions for complex problems</li><li>Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work</li><li>Exercise sound judgment in selecting methods and criteria for obtaining results</li><li>Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks<br><br></li></ul><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have<br><br></strong><ul><li>A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience</li><li>4 years of external client-facing advisory and/or external client-facing consulting experience. </li><li>4 to 8 years of relevant experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role; or finance/accounting businessperson with experience as an Oracle financials super user</li><li>Proven track record in system implementation or super user for three or more of the following Oracle Financial Applications: General Ledger, Payables, Payments, Expenses. Receivables, Collections, Revenue Management, Taxes, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects Costing and/or Billing, Accounting Hub, Treasury, Property Manager, Lease Management or Procurement.</li><li>Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above</li><li>8 years or more of relevant business and industry experience related to above Oracle Cloud applications</li><li>Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions</li><li>Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM</li><li>3 years of experience leading technical Oracle finance client-facing presentations.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills</li><li>Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues</li><li>The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel 75+% of a work schedule<br><br></li></ul><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Degree in Business, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)</li><li>Accounting Knowledge</li><li>Certifications in Oracle Applications</li><li>Domain Experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Look For<br><br></strong>We’re interested in passionate individuals with strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the Oracle Cloud Applications industry.
