<strong>MAGASINIER / MAGASINIÈRE<br><br></strong>Relevant du superviseur, le titulaire du poste est responsable de la gestion et du maintien des inventaires de fournitures de production et de bureau, de produits chimiques, d’équipements de sécurité et d’outillages requis pour les opérations de production. Il veille à assurer la disponibilité des matériaux et fournitures nécessaires aux opérations, tout en maintenant un environnement de travail propre, organisé et sécuritaire.<br><br><strong>Responsabilités principales<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintenir à jour l’inventaire des fournitures et matériaux nécessaires à la production.</li><li>Distribuer aux employés les équipements de sécurité, les fournitures de production et de bureau, ainsi que les panneaux de test (test panels) et les panneaux entaillés (notched) requis.</li><li>Réceptionner les fournitures et matériaux commandés et procéder à l’identification et au rangement des outillages requis pour la production.</li><li>Préparer les réquisitions et effectuer les achats de matériaux et de fournitures, selon les besoins.</li><li>Contrôler l’inventaire des produits chimiques et maintenir à jour les registres des produits contrôlés.</li><li>Utiliser un chariot élévateur conformément aux procédures de sécurité en vigueur.</li><li>Effectuer l’enregistrement et assurer la documentation des techniques de montage.</li><li>Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et, lorsque requis, participer aux négociations afin de répondre aux besoins de l’entreprise.</li><li>Maintenir à jour les dossiers et enregistrements liés aux panneaux de test (test panels) et compléter les gammes de production requises.</li><li>Effectuer, au besoin, des activités de compagnonnage et de soutien auprès des employés.</li><li>Maintenir les espaces de travail, les équipements et les outils propres, organisés et sécuritaires.</li><li>Respecter les procédures de travail ainsi que les politiques de l’entreprise en matière de qualité, de santé et sécurité et d’environnement.</li><li>Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée aux activités de l’entreprise et assignée par le superviseur.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Profil recherché<br><br></strong>Le candidat recherché est une personne organisée, rigoureuse et proactive, qui possède un bon sens des priorités et qui est à l’aise de travailler dans un environnement de production dynamique. Une bonne capacité à communiquer avec les employés, les fournisseurs et les différents intervenants de l’entreprise est essentielle.<br><br><strong>Atout :</strong> expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, industriel ou aéronautique.<br><br>____<br><br>Reporting to the Supervisor, the Warehouse Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining inventories of production and office supplies, chemicals, safety equipment, and tooling required for production operations.<br><br>The incumbent ensures the availability of the materials and supplies required to support operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of production supplies and materials.</li><li>Distribute safety equipment, production and office supplies, as well as required test panels and notched panels to employees.</li><li>Receive ordered supplies and materials and ensure the identification, organization, and storage of tooling required for production.</li><li>Prepare requisitions and purchase materials and supplies as required.</li><li>Monitor chemical inventories and maintain up-to-date records of controlled products.</li><li>Operate a forklift in accordance with established safety procedures.</li><li>Record and maintain documentation related to assembly techniques.</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with suppliers, as required, to meet the company’s operational needs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records related to test panels and complete required production routers.</li><li>Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to employees, as required.</li><li>Keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean, organized, and safe.</li><li>Comply with work procedures and company policies relating to quality, health and safety, and environmental requirements.</li><li>Perform any other related duties associated with the company’s operations as assigned by the Supervisor.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Profile<br><br></strong>The successful candidate is an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic production environment.
