Logistics Supervisor – Amazon Logistics

About the role Amazon is seeking a dynamic, customer‑obsessed supervisor to lead and develop teams within its fast‑paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and FC (Fulfilment Centre) environments. The role ensures efficient workflows, exceeds customer expectations and drives continuous improvement across both logistics and fulfilment operations. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operations in AMZL and FC settings, managing teams of Operations Supervisors, Assistants, Delivery Service Providers and associates (approximately 30‑40 people). Allocate labour, lead meetings, assign duties and maintain strong organisational standards. Lead, train and develop high‑performing teams while ensuring associate safety and compliance with Amazon’s health‑and‑safety standards. Monitor key performance indicators, analyse root causes of performance gaps and implement corrective actions. Identify and execute process‑improvement opportunities to streamline workflows without compromising quality. Communicate daily metrics, report exceptions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve operational challenges. Make decisive, data‑driven decisions in a fast‑moving environment. Maintain inventory accuracy within the fulfilment centre. Required profile Experience managing teams in a logistics or warehouse setting. Proven ability to work with planning, performance metrics and process‑improvement initiatives. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Preferred: background in logistics and experience with data analysis. Required skills Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word
